Kemper & Associates, Inc. from time to time is looking for employees. Typical full time employee candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or land surveying and a willingness to work in both the field and office. Part time positions are often available for students during the school year as internships or during summer break. Summer field personnel need to have a desire to work outside in all types of weather conditions and be able to follow directions. A good math aptitude is also desirable.
